This article describes how a teacher developed a brief weekly exercise, a survey, that gives insights as to who is getting bullied, is lonely or has no friends.

The teacher started this after Columbine with the knoeledge that loneliness is the condition that fosters violence. Her goal is to teach kids to be brave and kind.

Please read this and by using this technique we can all learn who is lonely, and we can then act to reach out.
